About this workshop

unstackd is a space where I document the process of untangling the things that get stuck while running a solo business. I build products, write essays, and share tools. No fancy team, no grand strategy. Just stacking small things, day by day.

Right now this is a workshop that makes SaaS. The writing is not on the side — the things I ship are the body, and the writing is a voyage log kept beside them. Hypotheses are tested by building; only what survives moves into the next book.
